  • Spinning classes are offered daily in the mornings and evening in our private Spin Studio. Here, participants can be exposed to various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. The bikes are designed to fit all shapes, sizes and abilities. As a result, Spinning offers an incredible calorie burn and personal challenge for all capabilities.

    These classes are uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals. Our instructors will gear the rides to provide a custom workout to each individual. Instructors guide participants through workout phases: warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Beginner and advanced classes are also offered throughout the month.
