Urban Rebounding
A low impact high intensity class that will sculpt every muscle in the body as well as providing and efficient cardiovascular workout. Using individual rebounders, participants will be challenged with traditional moves such as squats, dips and lunges as well as working the cardiovascular system with low impact jumping. It also incorporates barre moves to improve flexibility.
Kettlebells
This class performs many types of exercises including cardiovascular, strength conditioning, stability and core training. Using kettlebells for a full body workout.
Rowga
This is a 25 minute workout on the row machine targeting your core and getting in your cardio. Followed by 25 minutes of stretching and yoga to relax the mind and body.
Cardio Barre
This class is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.

A high intensity cardiovascular workout using a kickboxing bag, step and various other equipment based on the day. The TRX is an entire body strength, balance and core workout using your body weight as resistance.

Gina’s Gym Class
Class includes a variety of elementary movements all the way up to high school and senior athletic skills. Cardio and strength exercises are integrated. Don’t be surprised if a field trip is thrown in once in a while.
Core and Balance
A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain + help define + strengthen your abs. Expert coaching motivating music will guide you through functional + integrated exercises using your body weight, gliders + the barre for increased core strength and balance.

A Hatha yoga class that focuses on the whole person with a empathize on the breath and calming the mind. One is invited to listen to the body. A practice of kind awareness to stretching, strengthening and relaxation.
Cycling
These classes are done in our own spin studio with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. Participants are able to control their own resistance while going through a variety of workout phases.
Mobility & Stretch
Focus on strengthening through stability using the whole body. Mobility and coordination are enhanced through body awareness, stretching, and foam rolling. Great class for recovery and injury prevention!
HITT Training
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It consists of shorter bursts of strength training combined with cardio drills for a quick and effective workout.
