Dawn is a certified personal fitness trainer and a nationally recognized fitness competitor. Her most notable titles are 2006 Fitness American Champion & 2007 Fitness Universe Champion. She has also earned numerous other fitness related titles around the country and has made personal appearances all over the world. Dawn’s 15 years on the competition circuit qualifies her to give experienced Bikini/Fitness Pageant training and advice.

Now in her 40’s. She maintains a high level of fitness but concentrates on training others (beginners and athletes). As a certified personal trainer of almost 20 years & certified TRX instructor she prides herself on offering unique workouts designed with the clients’ personal needs in mind.

Dawn is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified Golf Fitness evaluation, she can create a golf-specific training program customized to fit anyone, regardless of age or ability.

Also, Diane was the founder of Pop Warner Cheerleading Competition and was a coach for the former Bristol High School Cheerleading Team. She has worked in several different fields over the years including broadcasting, business and fitness and has a strong background in choreography.
